TSB - Unable to open any further accounts.

Hi there
I recently opened a TSB Enhanced Classic bank account.
I want a further account but when logged into internet banking to go to the apply for a bamk account I get:
"Sorry, we can't offer you a secondary current account"
Has anyone else had this? If so, has anyone applied 'outside' of the internet banking and got a new account?

Have you tried applying when not logged in, or over the phone or in a Branch?
Many moons ago, I had the same message when trying to open another Lloyds Classic. Went into Branch where they opened it without problem.0 -
Not tried that, but suspect it may work. I was hoping most of the form filling would be complete as I was logged in.

The first question you'll get will be "Confirm that the following is true: I do not have a current account with TSB.".
When I rang up to confirm my online banking information I simply asked about opening a second account there and then. It was setup and running within 10 minutes.0 -
I opened another on the main site - not sure whether it's been accepted, I guess wait and see if another account pops into my internet banking and whether I received confirmation paperwork.If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0
