I'm in again this week. Only working half day tomorrow so I can watch my dd's in their final dance practice before exams (love watching them dance :) ) . So going to try and get a few extras done.

    My extras:
Sort pile of paperwork in dining room
    Arrange car service plan
    Finish sorting photos
Glue broken photo frame back together
Make a start on planning Xmas hampers
    DFW no.630!
  • Good evening all

Thanks Natty and Dusty for respective lists and please count me in for this week.

Flying: Am going to have another go at cleaning with household items (had a go a few weeks ago at cleaning windows with vinegar/water and got a lovely shine on them) so wish me luck for tomorrow as I understand you have to be careful what you use when doing baths.

Me Challenge: Bossy, bearing in mind my challenge, I'm wondering about how to report any progress. I've given myself until the end of the year to get everything shipshape, so should I give a weekly/monthly update as I'm trying (but not always succeeding) to get some money together each week to increase the coffers. I have a 2 hr weekly job but am paid in cash and the majority usually gets spent on food but sometimes I manage to save a little. My main income is my pension which is paid at the end of the month. In addition there ar.e items which I hope to sell on that well-known site f-lake. (Hope all that makes sense!)

    "See" you all later.

Thanks for the new thread Dusty.

Froddy - how lovely after all this time. No wonder you are pleased.

I'm in. Hopefully doing the bathroom with generate some steam to help my congested head cold.

DH is WFH tomorrow. DD1 is off. DS1 is still under my feet and avoiding getting a job. I've texted my lady and am excused work as she doesn't want my germs.

Lots of washing still to do. I did iron all contents of 3 baskets (back to steam again).

    See you all tomorrow

  • DH came back but was still being ridiculously childish... he refused to talk to me, then took himself to bed without supper at 8:30pm  Went to bed myself at around 11:30, but woke at around 2:30 feeling panicky and sweaty. Got up to have a full-blown panic attack (the worst since being pregnant) and have been too upset to sleep since. I've written to the OU to ask to postpone my exam, so we'll see how that goes :(

Going to have a cup of sweet (decaf) tea, put on some soothing music and try to start on the ironing pile to take my mind off things. My heart feels as though it's going at 160bpm, but worrying about it definitely isn't going to help. Can feel the BD pawing at the door, but am determined not to give it an entrance - I have too much to do, and too much I should be happy about :o

Hope everyone else is having a better morning, I'll stop whinging soon, I promise.
