    Feel free to explain.

See post #6! On why I thought it sensible to approach with caution.

Ridiculous post(I'm sure this will make you complain about me again). It's a rugby top, worn for people who play rugby. I'm not sure you've played rugby but it's very physical......

Only ridiculous post is yours. No where did op say top was for playing rugby, said it was for his home team implying he was wearing it as a supporter. Or does everyone who buys football tops play football? More to the point, rugby is a contact sport, so any garments designed for rugby players should be more durable than you average t-shirt.

And for the second time, I didn't report you. But given the comments you made, I'm not surprised you we banned. I've never reported any posts that were aimed at me, only abusive posts aimed at others that were going too far. I'd have much rather your comments had stayed, so everyone could see how vile you can be.

I've got 14 rugby shirts. I stopped playing 13 years ago on medical advice.

Buying a shirt to support your team does not = playing in it.

So actually you agree with me, that it's down to the retailer to demonstrate misuse. If they are unable to do this then they must provide a remedy.

I don't have any clue what you're on about with OP being blackballed though.

Hintza actually stated that the OP's son might get blackballed, and with him playing rugby, this might be what they meant:

When you are dealing with a local non profit making club in a local community you need to be a tad more circumspect in how you approach things.

    Is that clear enough?

Fair enough. I'd assumed OP had bought from a retailer not direct from the club - in the absence of further information it's hard to tell.

You might be right, just re-read the OP, I think I could have made an erroneous assumption. My apologies.

I couldn't understand why my argument was not being given a bit more weight, I thought I had a fair argument for proceeding with caution.

This is a top that my little boy wears to support the team.

It is not worn to play the game and even if it was it is a non contact sport until he is in the under 10 group which is a while yet

The seam is on the neck at the front

Just to clarify this is a main league team with international players !! not a local club.
