    not if coated in poo.

The op only mention poo in one bag, contain bread, and does not mention anything being "coated in poo".

It's probably just a mouse dropping, or something that looks like a mouse dropping. Probably just fluff off the pickers fleece.

We just can't understand how it got I the bag in the first place! X

    The poo or the animal?

You haven't said what kind of animal poo it was yet?

Did it smell like poo? Could have just been a choc mousse from some other basket that leaked. I'm finding it highly unlikely that this was a serious contamination.

  • It's definitely either cat or dog poo and it was smeared all over the items in the bag xx

We have cats and dogs and their poos are very different - so to say it is either one or the other probably means you don't really know.

I think we all know that this isn't typical of Asda or any supermarket. Not sure why you've put BEWARE!! in the title. Are you suggesting we will all now receive food covered in poo?

Is it wrong that I laughed at this? Unfortunately getting rid of the evidence is not going to help you. If you could describe the faeces maybe an expert on here could help.
Our local Asda had trouble with local cats pooing in the shopping so they bought a load of lion dung. Into the shopping, stopped the problem immediately and good for the roses! Everyones a winner :)

In my experience a small dog and a large cat can produce remarkably similar poo. Not talking Alsation and a kitten lol.

Yes I agree, and since starting our mutt on a raw food diet, his poos have also been very small and formed...very cat like.

Whatever animal produced the poo, fact remains it should not have been anywhere near a food delivery.

Will be interested to hear Asda's take on this.
