you're never too old for pokemon! i hadn't played one since gold/silver, and it has changed enough to make it still awesome and still so addictive..

I am 26 years old and I got X yesterday, absolutely love it so far and I agree with anyone who says you are never too old for Pokemon! My partner is nearly 28 and brought y, he loves it too! So do a lot of my 'grown up' friends.

It's genuinely a really fun game series and can easily appeal to a broad range of players of all genders and ages. I hate people who just dismiss it as a kids game.

The pokemon games are extremely deep turn based JRPGs. I don't get why people always dismiss it as "for kids." Yes, the design is cute and there's nothing unsuitable for kids, but have you ever looked at the depths of bulbapedia? The game is insanely complex at a competitive level.

I really want this now, but can't justify paying the money for the 3DS just for this game and Ocarina of Time.
