    No I tried CallCredit as Halifax said the two they use are experian and callcredit but again I was told they were doing some extra 'verification'

    Any idea why this is?

    I have moved house since I last used experian but other than that I can't think what the problem is.
  • Not sure. Maybe moving house. Also depends what accounts you have set your new address I guess.

    Tried Noddle there aswell, they let me set up an account but I could not see my credit report and got a message to say I had to email them.

    So annoying :(
