Booked wrong holiday..advice

Hello,

My wife booked the wrong holiday park to the one I wanted her to book. It's a Haven/Park Holiday type place.

My question is does the distance selling regulations apply so we've got 7 days to cancel the booking?

I've read some bits online and some suggest as it's accommodation the it won't apply so we can't change it - but it's not 100% clear.

Any guidance gratefully received.

Distance Selling regulations are clear on this.
The right to cancel does not apply.

Regulation 6 tells us that Regulation 10 (the right to cancel) does not apply to:
contracts for the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services, where the supplier undertakes, when the contract is concluded, to provide these services on a specific date or within a specific period.

Call Haven and ask if you can switch the booking to a different park?
Part-exempt contracts - contracts for the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services, where the supplier undertakes, when the contract is concluded, to provide these services on a specific date or within a specific period.

You'll prob be able to change the booking, but will probably have to pay an admin fee:D
