Santander Online Business Banking Problems

Santander 'upgraded' their business banking website from the old Alliance & Leicester website about 3 months ago.
For the last 3 months I have not been able to view my monthly statements or advice of charges online.
I have spent literally hours on the phone to Santander Business banking technical help but they just cannot get to the root of the problem.
Has anybody else had this problem ???
It can't be just me surely ???
