I want to switch from RBS. HELP?!

I don't even know which account I want to switch to though. Is First Direct really the best one? What about Santander???

There seems to be a list of account requirements missing from your post, ie branch access, decent in-credit interest rates, low overdraft fees, high value FPs, etc, etc.

Perhaps you should list them in order to ensure that any suggestions made are useful?

MSE's list of best bank accounts is here, I suggest you compare that with your list of requirements and make your choice.

First Direct is rarely the best, unless you don't like to use internet banking.

If you do use internet banking, then pick from Santander, Halifax or Nationwide.
