Printer problem

I have an Epsom c60 printer which was working fine and has had the ink changed, all is connected properly.

When it is switched on, it has the green "on" button lit but also has the red button next to it lit, which has pic of paper with edge folded over
Nothing happens when press print at all, nothing flashes or moves

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.
I did wonder if I should unplug it and plug back in, seems to work for everything else! lol

Take the paper out and put it back in again. Also check you have no paper stuck in it

There's nothing stuck in it at all.
I'm not sure what else it means when both lights are lit steady, we haven't got much of an instruction book here!

It doesn't seem to be communicating with the computer at all

I haven't used that printer at all so I have no idea, it just sounded like a paper error.
