    As long as they notified you of the change of date, then they are complying with the dd rules.

    Well I don't remember them actually warning me of the change, altho they always show, on the bill, the earliest date they will take the payment. Does this count? Is that the most we can expect? I mean, there's no indication that this IS a change.

    But if they put the date they were taking it on the bill that sounds ok.
