Scottish Power

Logged into my SP Account yesterday and noticed that they are advertising a Fixed Priced 2017 deal, great I thought??
Did the usual call them up and hang on forever and gave up.
Decided to ring them again and go for the request a call back option and they rang back 2 1/2 hours later only to be told it is a Dual Fuel offer not a Single Fuel Offer (I am all Electric).
Now, as hard as I try I cannot find that statement on any of the pages linked to this offer, I find this a tad misleading??

  • Thanks for you reply Nitty Gritty,

Just spoken to Uswitch and they thought that SP's 2017 advert was a tad misleading to.

Now switched to EDF with a deal that is only £1 a month more than we already pay, fixed until March 2015.

    TY
