No problem here - I even enter twice (once for me & once for my missus)
All it does is for the 2nd time I enter you get a captcha you have to enter before you can sumbit
When I went to enter after a nearly a two hour gap I had the captcha which I kept failing even though I'd entered it correctly- it then unchecked the tablet question.
But after four attempts I gave up.
Been out for a couple of hours, so thought I'd try again, this time I didn't click the accept cookies box at the bottom and used an alternate e-mail address and it went through without a problem0
