 Wisdom doesn't necessarily come with age.
Sometimes age just shows up all by itself ;)

In the end, it's not the years in your life
that count....it's the life in your years :D

I started work at 6am yesterday, finished about 7pm and didn't come on here until about 7.30 this morning.

I have no idea what you asked, but if you don't give people an opportunity to reply, you aren't going to get much help.

You only gave 49 minutes. You should leave it at least 24 hours.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

Agreed, especially on a Friday night when many people go out or spend time with children who stay up later as they don't have to get up for school.

    Perhaps it was;-

"What shall I get from the takeaway on the way home from the pub?"

and by 10.27 any response would have been redundant, as the OP was already tucking into a nice curry, or Chinese? :D

    Just kidding like. ;)

The answer would have been, either serve a Section 8 at once or change the locks and demand your right to quiet enjoyment.

My wife says I am too impatient- do you agree?
Stop! Think. Read the small print. Trust nothing and assume that it is your responsibility. That way it rarely goes wrong.

Hope the OP doesnt mind but expect people can help:
received the following fron the letting agent:
[Further to our previous e-mail 21st August we have received some queries with regards the Legionnaires Risk Assessment therefore please find attached some further information taken from the Letting Journal.

To date we have not ordered any Risk Assessments, if you DO NOT want us to complete the risk assessment on your behalf and deduct any costs from your rent account please reply in writing advising us that you do not want the risk assessment to be carried out, should no response be received then we will start to order the risk assessments after the next 14 days.

If you have already replied advising you do not want the risk assessment to be carried out on your behalf then you do not need to take any further action.]

they sent this to me by email, can I assume that the reply in writing is acceptable by email or do i have to post it.

And is it legal? what if I did not receive their email does that mean I am liable to pay this?

I have already told them months ago by email that it is not required.

    Really frustrated by this agent.

Maybe OP was struck by a blinding flash of inspiration as to the answer to his question? Bit off to blame everyone else ...

Let's hope the OP knows about cached pages, or they may assume they have a stalker! :rotfl:
