Hi,
I am just looking for recommendations on a good conveyancing solicitor in the Chelmsford/Essex area. I have been quoted £1200 for a flat purchase but the solicitor seems a little abrupt! I haven't had much success in finding someone else yet!

If she's still working there, try Pat Tuck at Colemans in Chelmsford. Used her twice in the past and she was good (and friendly!). Last move was three years ago though...

I think Pat works over at Cunningtons now, but I think there is some connection between Cunningtons and Colemans.0
