Sainsbury's toy sale

Well for the first time, I am not going go the sale. I remember previous years when everything was 50% off and I managed to get great things like Toy Story toys and lego.
Over the last year I have picked up various things for at least 50% mainly thanks to posts from other people. So no need for me to go and impulse buy things that I don't need.
Hope that those who are going manage to get the toys they are after and find some bargains.0 -
Thats brilliant, thank you very much for the information. My daughter loves Moshi Monsters so will definitely be getting up early and heading to my local for opening before I head off to work.
Keeping my fingers crossed they have the Moshling Mall, as thats what she wants as her main present. Currently £33 on Amazon but with 50%, should be £25 which would be a bargain.Received an e-mail confirming it starts INSTORE ONLY tomorrow (WED)..
50% off moshi monster, barbie, nerf and grow&Play.
1/3 off hot wheels and monster high.
25 % off Lego and vtech
Some stores are opening early.. just phoned my local and they open an hour earlier, Happy shopping!!x0 -
problem with this is sainsburys have put all there lego up to full rrp so its just as cheap to but the lego online
chances are you will find items cheaper on amazon still
most of these sales now are pretty rubbish and not worth going there for0 -
Here's a promotional link for anyone who is interested http://www.sainsburys.co.uk/sol/iw_container_page.jsp?pageRef=sites/www/Events/Super_Toy_Sale.page0

Think I will wait for the new Tesco Boost departments to be released on Oct 28th. Their promo page invites us 'To get ready for Christmas' and has toys featured in the photo so guessing the toy dept must be planned.
Also as Toy Sale is on until 3/11/13 I'm hoping I can grab a bargain or two!0 -

I have never seen the mall in my locals they only have the tins of bits and blister packs of figures some soft toys and occasionally the zoo thing but they may bring in bigger stuff for the event0 -
just been in to my local sainsburys, they had loads of nerf guns on display, big city garage, 2 different happyland playsets still priced up at £59 and £54, lalaloopsy playsets guessing these will be going to 50% off0
