My new laptop has decided not to play any sounds. It has been working perfectly and when I test the speakers using the toubleshooter they both work.
Have I clicked something I shouldn't have?

There should be a volume icon in the system tray in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Click on that. Have you accidentally muted the volume?What will your verse be?

Thanks for your replies but it is not muted and not just youtube.
As I say both speakers work when you do the configure and if you ask from the windows list.0
