Hi
I have a condition that affects my joints, and we're travelling long haul in a few weeks. I've read a few reviews about the beds being uncomfortable, so i'm looking at whether there are any travel options for memory foam toppers - so far I've only seen ones that are about 5kg - can anyone recommend one that they've used that's good & possibly lighter?
Thanks
Rachel

I have taken a single and double Dunelm Mill anti allergy mattress topper to Spain. I can't remember how much they weighed but I know they didn't weigh as much as I thought they would. I think the double weighed less than 5 kg. You could ring a store and ask.

I can thoroughly recommend them. When you see them you think they won't make that much difference but the really do.0 -
Any memory foam topper that's light is not worth having.
Especially as memory foam quality is measure in weight in the 1st place x kg per cubed meter. 40kg for cheap stuff, 60 on average and 80+ for better quality.
Could you not buy one when you reach your destination? Even if it's £100 that's only £10 a night or so.Helping the country to sleep better....ZZZzzzzzzz0 -
Thanks for the advice -I'm going to the Maldives, having been before I won't be able to get it out there0
