Please do not click expired or ask for this to be closed re breaching the MSE cost limit.

Tickets for the 28th are valid to use so the cost limit is not breached.

Cheers & thanks to CP for the comp.

Coupled with the cost of the Daily Mail, which is 60p, I think, (never buy it :o) then it does breach the MSE cost limit, albeit by only a few pennies, but this is, after all, a Money Saving Site ;);)

I don't think it's a good excuse to commit theft to enter competitions to be fair .
The Daily Mail is actually 80p on a Saturday and you need to buy it 5 times for the cottage comp which at 50p on weekdays would be £2.50.
I wouldn't normally bother to say anything and I wouldn't care less but after being reported yesterday for 'violating' rules when I could have been PM'd and altered my post quite easily I do feel rather miffed as to why this should be overlooked , if you are going to let some rules be broken at certain times then it opens up all sorts of arguments as to why others can't break rules if they think it is ok .

Hi,I've no idea what comp you posted that violated MSE rules.

All I can say is that MSE admin has shown latitude re spend totals before eg:

    here

    here

    here

    here

Maybe you could pm the admin team re your post & enquire as to it getting reinstated?
