It's known that when a popla code is generated it's date related.

So why does Trevor have to lie?
I wouldn't hang your hat on that if I were you. ;) There are numerous comments in Trev's "right of reply" that do not bear examination. He simply shouldn't be letter loose with a pen and if I didn't think he was being serious I'd have to laugh out loud. Aside from basic grammatical construction, punctuation is a concept he clearly struggles with. As for commas a quick scan revealed just 2 in the first 6 paragraphs and the bulk of the others in the letter are in the section he cut and pasted from POPLA. Try to discuss the use of parenthesis and he'll explain it away as a familial theory (if he knew what "familial" meant) but he'll admit he's never met a colon, apart from his own that is.

For goodness sake Mel, take his laptop away or at least change his password. He's like a monkey with a machine gun - and its getting worse.

    Sorry, pet peeve:

Stationary = at a standstill, immobile.
Stationery = Writing paper, writing materials
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
