How do i change an old ipod touch to a new itunes account?

My eldest daughter has given my youngest daughter her old ipod touch.Is it possible to now get my youngests daughters iTunes stuff onto it and get rid of the old stuff already on it.I am not very techy at all im afraid so an idiots guide would be greatly appreciated

    If you connect the iPod to the computer you want to use, open up iTunes, then click 'Restore' it will wipe the device.

    You can then link it to a new account and add the content you want.
    I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.
