Trying to stay positive myself but tested this morning and bfn, due on Monday so sounds like I'm out! May give the cough syrup ago next month.

I read about the cough syrup recently - it's very strange if it does help!

So went to sub fertility clinic today and to my surprise have been given clomid ..... To start next week on cd2 any tips ??? Things to look out for ??? Xx

Hugs Keepergirl - I am feeling the same today. Got my 21 day bloods back and they show I am not ovulating - just want to cry as although it was as I expected it was still a shock to hear that there is actually a problem.
Anyone who knows the next steps or advice for what to ask would be great - the doctor I need to talk to wasn't in so now have to try and call Monday to talk to them and see what they say about these results

tinkwings, I've done a lot of reading as I'm due to be given it soon, once I have this HSG & OH has his SA. One thing is to take it at night, there a few side effects but these seem to be minimal if taken at night (so you sleep through them!) Fingercrossed it works quickly for you & without side effects! Let us know how you get on!

I will try and find out....is that what usually happens rather than the doctor prescribing anything/doing more tests?

I would ask as I think that fertility clinics only can perscribe clomid or look into why you are not ov ing .... Hope you get some answers on Monday xxxx
