    Still here!!:(:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Just to say now :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: at the following. Best part I think is:

"If you're allowed to wear jogging bottoms, why aren't you allowed to wear pyjamas in there? That's what I don't understand.":rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

(Elaine Carmody, banned from shopping in T while wearing pyjamas in 2010.)

    We shouldn't laugh!:)
    If you're reading, Elaine, hello!!:):)

Nothing intended from it. (I admit I don't understand what "nightwear" is after that notice (half-joking).)

    Thank you all!! Goodnight again!:):)

(In case you missed what this is referring to - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/8484116.stm) Actually, she might have a point - those PJs on her don't look that bad do they?

I went through MSL and added 2 packs of 1kg and 2 packs of 50g regalice icing to my basket and got a "you've missed a promotion" warning on T.com

Turns out they go to 3 for 2 tomorrow so hopefully I'll get 3 for the price of 1 if the half price cashback tracks at the full price (MSM doesn't show the 3 for 2 offer yet so fingers crossed)
Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen

Hi dad asked for a copy of accident report but was refused. Should he of got one? Thanks

It your Dad's data he is entitled to it by refusing him a copy makes them look as though they have something to hide. The matter can easily be settled by a "Subject to Access Request" if need be.

Did your witness hear the manageress's admission of the previous incidents as that would be very helpful.

Think you need to pursue it, as it is a hazard and it will happen again. The Company need to be made to address it. If his Doctor recommends that your Dad does not drive for a period of time - then this will be accepted in Court - however your Dad would have to furnish evidence of his average earnings so the actual loss could be translated in ££s. Get your Dad to check his household policies to see if he has Legal Protection cover as they will do everything necessary.

    "...And no nightwear is permitted."

(Where? On your clothes racks? On my back? What if I wear nightwear underneath my jumper? Is that not allowed???)

Really, I think it's one of those things that is/should be totally obvious and, you would have thought, didn't need notices putting up saying.

Why would anyone think of going shopping in pyjamas???:rotfl::think: I just fail to see it myself - I'd have thought not shopping that way would go without saying. (Obviously not though!) And all putting up notices then does is get people like myself trying to work out any 'loophole' within their wording that would then permit me to wear nightwear in circumstances that they would "obviously" not have wanted. But they didn't say that in their notice...and, obviously, as the notice needs to be there, it did need saying after all! (I'd have thought it didn't, but I was wrong about that: it does and, well, there's the result. No nightwear permitted. Where? Or maybe, wear?:rotfl::rotfl:)

If it's not "permitted", maybe it will be "tolerated" instead? And therefore allowable? They didn't say they wouldn't tolerate it (even if, according to the notice, it clearly isn't "permitted" (whatever that may mean)).

Anyway...getting into the literal meanings of their notices and their alleged lack of specificality/clarity!

Are pyjamas "nightwear"? (Maybe some people wear them during the day?)

Alright, while I leave you to ponder:think::think: (or not!:D:rotfl:), I'll see you later! After T, with or without pyjamas. Do you literally need to rush at midnight? Can't it be sometime overnight or anything?

Thanks and goodnight!!:):) (Back after data obtaining from Mr M's.)

Oh savvy you must come to Blackpool :D I welcome these signs, its just wrong shopping in your Jammies! And now we are getting into furry boot slipper season (where the (fake) uggs are replaced by boots furry slipper socks) action really needs to be taken :D:rotfl::rotfl:

I do like fully clothed shoppers :) night
