Don't think DD3 will be going back competitively maybe recreationally once giving the all clear with her arm. What with all the structure changes would mean her moving back down to regional comps, and she had to do that few years ago when it changed and work back up. She just does not have enough skills.

And the fact for nearly 2 years has not been able to start a routine with a back somersault of any kind, one of those "head" issues. :(

I missed this year but DD2 went to watch, she jumped over summer but don't think will be competing again, med school is too demanding. I do miss watching all the comps. Pleased to see Britain got Women's Gold in World cup at weekend. :T

Yeah the new structure is not too popular at the moment - time will tell if it works how it's intended.

We had a national competitor a long time ago who broke her arm badly in three places needing grafts to make her hand work properly in the October by Xmas was back on the trampoline and by next season was back at national standard.

They do bounce back (if you pardon the pun), but would need to get her head round being regional instead of national. Personally I think regional can be more friendly
