Thanks for this; I got the link to work eventually.

Just got back from 4 days visiting family in Wales to find that i had left the freezer door not fully closed. :( Everything defrosted and thrown out. :(:(

They don't take the money until your order is picked, I take it you are talking about Ts. ;)

That's amazing I think it sounds like a good diet the only problem is non-fast days lol.

I don't know if anyone's heard of mirtrazapine but they are a dieters worst nightmare especially on a night.

And the chocolate glitches don't help going to have to start hiding my stashes at my mams or wrapping them early.

well done :T:T:T so glad you shared, that's the kind of motivation I need, to know how well others have done. I didn't even add my name to the list, but thought I would just join in. It would be good to know how well others have got on.

Anyway I am off to bed, not often I get chance to chat, so see you all in a few weeks I expect. Of course I will still be lurking and doing my best to post to thank you all. Goodnight x

Here s a good buy for biscuits. Victoria choc and assorted ones in a blue tin for £3.99 in B & M for a wait for it .....600 gram tin . Saw some in one of the supermarkets recently a lot dearer and for only 500grams. :)

It really is worth looking in shops like B&M and Home Bargains for some of these things. When they change the pack sizes, all the of size packs seem to end up in these shops.
How far down can they reduce pack sizes until they just can justify going any lower? It really is a bug bear with me. Reduce....reduce...reduce then bring out a pack the same size as it started out and call it a 'value' or 'XL' pack :mad:
