  • Ooh you've got me fancying one now do you think the 5 2 diet is good . I'm doing slimming world but not seeing much of a result :(

I started the 5 2 diet end of June and lost a stone, up to beginning of Sept, so about 2 months...was doing it with my oldest DD, but she gave up. She lost half a stone but now she has put it back on :(
I gave up too, as I had a lot going on. My weight hasn't changed since then and I keep telling myself to do it again, as it really wasn't that difficult.
I think after next week being away I will be a good girl again and get back to it as still loads to lose.

If you get a PP from an online T order, does it go by today's prices or tomorrow's?

I also started in June, lost 26lb in 16 weeks - It's the only 'diet' I've been able to stick with for more than a couple of weeks. :)

    I'm sitting tight.......for a while:)

I can't justify spending more money on stuff when I have bags and bags full of glitchy foxes biscuits and even chocs left from last year. Plus lots of After eights when the price came down in T.

Vinnies are such poor value. I had a look in a Home bargains and Wilkinsons today and their Christmas chocs are really good value....and you don't need fillers:)

Here s a good buy for biscuits. Victoria choc and assorted ones in a blue tin for £3.99 in B & M for a wait for it .....600 gram tin . Saw some in one of the supermarkets recently a lot dearer and for only 500grams. :)

That is amazing Chrisv, well done. I wish I had managed to carry it on sooner, I had a goal for xmas but don't think I will hit it now but your loss is such an inspiration. :T
