I've just got a buyer for my flat :T (after 3 weeks in the market) and in need of a good solicitor.
For the property i'm buying i've a solicitor, but he is very expensive and a bit traditional type who doesn't use email communication etc. He always do written communication and I hate going to post office
I need someone who is bit dynamic
& fast in communication etc
Any help much appreciated.
thanks

I would suggest using the same solicitor for both. Co-ordinating your purchase and sale would be much easier with one solicitor.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. he is charging me £825+VAT and no responses via e-mail! Only letters and phonecalls (while i'm in meetings
). But he is pretty good and excellent expertise in this area!I would suggest using the same solicitor for both. Co-ordinating your purchase and sale would be much easier with one solicitor.0
