Gosh, well, that'll teach me to try and be helpful! Thanks to the others on this thread who understood what I was saying.
OP I suggested you TALK to your bank first not ask for a copy statement.
The comment re Zooplus was because you were adamant it was their fault and, at first glance, it appears to be an error by YOUR bank.
Still, I hope you get it sorted.

If you go into the bank and ask them why they have reversed a payment without your permission they should investigate it for you. Don't tell them you want printed statements, tell them to fix the mess they (may) have made.0
