    Gosh, well, that'll teach me to try and be helpful! Thanks to the others on this thread who understood what I was saying.

    OP I suggested you TALK to your bank first not ask for a copy statement.

    The comment re Zooplus was because you were adamant it was their fault and, at first glance, it appears to be an error by YOUR bank.

    Still, I hope you get it sorted.

    Edited because I reacted badly to OP's rant and I'm sure it was down to worry and not actually meant to be directed at me.

    If you go into the bank and ask them why they have reversed a payment without your permission they should investigate it for you. Don't tell them you want printed statements, tell them to fix the mess they (may) have made.
