Mother care store card still on credit report

I was checking my credit report and my old mother care store card is still showing as available credit of £750 even though you could no longer use the card since 2010 and the contact number no longer exists. How do I get it removed from my file?
Why does cling film always stick to itself but never what you want it too???

If it is still showing as available credit (rather than settled as dotdash makes reference to above) and you can't contact them, probably best is to contact Experian/Equifax and raise a dispute in relation to it, they'll contact the card provider and amend (may just take longer than going direct)

If you raise a dispute through the Experian online query form we'll look into it for you.
