Help cant install app on android!

I am trying to install racing post app on OH galaxy Samsung 3, it is not available on playstore so I have downloaded it from racing post site, it goes into downloads and when I try to install it I get the message

for security your phone is set to block installation of apps obtained from unknown sources
can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this app installed??

In the settings (in the Security options) there is a tickbox option for "Unknown sources". Tick that to allow install from local storage.0
