My Survey - avoid!

    Tonight I had 6 surveys and worked through them all with the intention of screen shotting any errors, typical most of them worked worked! Mind you, not complaining :D

    I have also noticed that there is now a progress indicator on lots of the reviews that was not there last week when I last completed a survey.

    Fingers crossed that those of us encountering the errors have no more problems!

    When I then reloaded the survey (which I done through the website not through an e-mail link) it said:


    Thank you for trying to participate in the survey, but it appears your interview has been completed.

    If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with the topic of the survey you were attempting to access.

    So I have lost out on 110 points there, when I e-mail them, which I have several times in the past, they always just advise me that completed surveys are credited (which they obviously aren't always!)

    Also, does anyone know where I can see a list of surveys credited now? This doesn't seem to exist anymore :S

    Can anyone who is having similar errors as me please confirm what browser they are using?

    I can't find the list either now, KK.

    I have had that error twice in the past and both times it was using Chrome. I still use Chrome now though fine.

    I've got 4 surveys, from last week, that won't let me finish them for various error reasons, but have completed over 1000 points of surveys now since yesterday and all credited fine...!

    Thanks for replying though, I may give another browser a try for My Survey if it continues, as like others have said, they are a good earner for me.

    I don't like the new site at all. To check your survey history now, you need to click on the redeem button, scroll down and you will see the current month, which when you click on it should show history, but I am finding you have to click on the previous month, then click on the current month for this to show.

    I have had over 30 surveys in the past 2 days and only qualified for 2! At least when it was Lightspeed you got 5pts. Also the majority I do get to complete are 30mins long and pay 87p not one of the best payers at all.

    I've had problems since the site revamp too, repeatedly getting error messages at the end of surveys. I've stopped accessing the surveys via the email link, going through the site instead, and since doing that I haven't had an error message. May be coincedence but thought I'd drop it in.

    I still get errors directly from the site, but there seem to be less of them when you access the surveys that way. Good tip.

    I've had problems using Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. I don't know what on earth is going on with all of the My Survey errors at the moment. It's so disheartening even trying to complete one.

    Exactly the same happened to me, same message. I'm using IE10

    Its good to hear that it not just me who is experiencing the problem with them. I still have not had a reply from them re my 80 missing points but today to my big surprise the test item arrived.
