how do i get a new bank account with a dro in place

i have a dro in place but my bank still charges me for a overdraft each month!! if i switch banks and the charges grow will they be wiped off at the end of the year or is it better go into the bank thanx

    were these charges included in your DRO? - if so then report it to the DRO unit, but bear in mind that a creditor can show the interest accrued during a DRO in letters to you - but MUST NOT ask for payment.

    my overdraft is included in my dro but my bank still charge me out of my wages each month they dont ask they just take but someone on here told me to change banks

    the fee which keeps being applied is an arranged overdraft fee, i just dont want to change bank accounts and then the charges build up & start another debt when ive just got out of it all, should i go into the bank and explain see if they discharge the overdraft

    its santander my overdraft is on the dro bt its the charges after is what am worried about if i swap banks
