Hi, does anyone know how to write on my CV that I changed courses (with out retaking a year)
Basically, dropped the languages, but have no idea how to present this on my CV...something like this??
(2013-2015): BA (Hons.): History
(2012-2013): BA (Hons.): History with Languages
Or could I write
(2012-2015): Ba (Hons.) History
Units include
-French
-Nazi Germany
-Nation building etc...
Thank you!

If you changed course without retaking then your degree will be in the subject you changed to.
So you would just write 2012-2015 - History.0 -
The title of your degree is the one you graduate with - it doesn't matter what you started with. You will not have the languages on your certificate and you will need to make sure your degree certificate matches your CV in case you are asked to produce it.
The first example you have given makes it look like you have two degrees.
By all means list your modules if you have to (but better to append a transcript and use the CV for important stuff IMO).
If you are going for a position where the languages are important, perhaps add a separate skills section for them to bring them to the fore and highlight their importance for that role.
(I also lost my minor at University - the minor subject provision was withdrawn for the whole cohort. It's clear on my transcript which modules I took.):staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0
