I have received a parking ticket from parking eye.
I was shocked to receive the ticket and get frustrated after receiving the ticket. in the parking notice they have mentioned that I have parked in roaring meg retail park for 1:45 hours and I am eligible for parking there only for 1:30 hours. i did shopping at homebase and my kids had ice cream from local shop on 8th march. I do not keep my shopping bill. after receiving the parking ticket I made a call to parking eye asked about the ticket. they told me send the proof of my shopping and I did this. after 1 week they have cancelled my parking ticket. for appealing I have wasted my 2 hours, postage charges and 2 phones calls to 0845 number. now I am hate to do shopping in roaring meg retail park area because of my bad experience.
