Help!!! Alarm bells are ringing !!!

Logged on to official perfomers website
Bought two different lots of concert tickets at different times
Stated tickets posted 8 days after payment clearance
E-mail arrived - as new venue wld be posted August
Nothing arrived - emailed - told beg Sept
Nothing arrived - emailed - told end Sept

How long do I wait?

Which website ?
When is the gig ?

Some websites only post out tickets a few days prior to concert, this is to try and stop people selling on their tickets, they dont have the time to do so.

When I bought the 1st lot I was told they would be posted within 8 days. After they had my payment, I was e-mailed saying that as it was a new venue it would be August before they were posted out.

And as it was a new venue, there was no info on the access to the seats I purchased. I then found out they were not suitable for persons with mobility problems - and they were for persons who have mobility problems, so decided when they released another date to get low level seats for them and sell the others I had purchased, which is why I need the tickets, so I can sell them.

I have e-mailed them 3 times and the goalposts just move later and later.

If the original tickets were not suitable for people with mobility problems, I'd be pushing for a refund of those rather than waiting and selling on. A change of venue is a perfectly valid reason for getting a refund of tickets

Sorry, misled you, when I said new venue - I meant - NEW venue, only opened on Monday there with Rod Stewart performing on the first night. So not a Change of venue.

I'd still go down that route first. Explain the situation and it may well prove fruitful.

Ah, The new Hydro in Glasgow - thats a place I do want to go to but not for Andre - best of luck in getting things sorted out.
