I would be inclined to take them to the small claims court for this.
It is completely unacceptable for them not to have any in.
I can only imagine how you must have felt, eating one by one and not finding any.
There is a post on here about a guy that wants to sue DFS for loss of earnings so id speak to him if i was you and ask his advice about where to go with this major dilemma0 -
