3. To enter the competition you need:
- To be a UK resident;
- To be 18+;

4. The prize consists of a Samsung 4s on a 24 month contract.
5. The prize is subject to availability and Something Europe Ltd accept no responsibility for the availability or shipping of the items. The prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize includes delivery costs of sending the prize to the winner’s UK address.
6. The prize draw will take place at midday on April 1st 2014. We reserve the right to extend the prize draw at our sole discretion. Entry is limited to one per person.
7. Something Europe Ltd will send an email to the email address associated with the winners’ Facebook accounts. This email will inform the entrant that they have won. In order to claim the prize, the winner needs to reply to this email within 7 days and provide Something Europe Ltd with their full address and account details as applicable so that Something Europe Ltd can arrange for the prize to be sent to the winner. If the winner does not respond to our email within 7 days, a new winner will be randomly drawn from all the entries received.
8. Competition winners agree to allow us to display their first name, Facebook username, Facebook profile picture on our website and Facebook page to inform other visitors to our website and Facebook page.
9. Unless the entrant states otherwise, entering the competition will allow us to use the entrant's details in future marketing activities and communications.
10. The competition is not open to Something Europe Ltd (or any other group company) employees or their direct relations.
11. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice.

Looks a bit suspect, the expiry is 6 months from now? Also a 24 month contract you have to pay for maybe? Could just be looking for people to sell contracts too maybe..

Most of their competitions are ones they are reposting for other companies but every so often they run a dodgy competition of their own.

I think there was one a while back to win an ipad when they reached a trillion likes (ok so I'm hazy on the details)

They also have signed up on this forum twice in the past to post their comps the first time using the company directors name and then with one of his friend. Both were reported and banned.

If I was a betting person I would put money on bayjenkins being the latest company rep posting here. I have no proof except they started posting competitions from something free after the last mate of the director was banned.
