I need some info for a good friend of mine, she been on holiday and had one of the E111 cover, which she thought that she could use for a very bad tooth ache. The dentist charge her 600 euros for treatment can she claim that back. :T

Do you mean the EHIC card? If so, then assuming she went to a state dentist/ hospital, she will have to pay the same as someone from that country would. Which country was it, and was it definitely a state dentist?0

The e111 only covers what a native of the country would be entitled to. Many European countries do not cover dental treatment and not every dentist in countries that do offer treatment under those schemes. It is likely this bill is a private charge not covered by e111 rules and the only amount she may be able to get back is via her holiday insurance which is unlikely to cover that amount as emergency treatment..
E.g. in this country it would entitle a European citizen to pay for NHS treatment if seen under the NHS but would give them no help with the costs of private treatment.0
