It was pretty bog standard,but strangely enough it did say "as regards our recent correspondence " which seams strange as they hadn't replied to my previous two letters asking them to drop the case and asking for any agreement between them and the landowner,and a pre-estimate of loss calculations.
As all my letters were sent recorded delivery,I know they received them ,yet chose to ignore them !
Very strange indeed !!!

I hope that complaints will me made to the BPA Ltd and DVLA.

Not that they will take much notice but to demonstrate how out of control the parking 'industry' is.
