its good to know that they employ dimwits , numpties and have no spatial awareness either, it may explain why they are better at using linkedin compared to their "proper" jobs which clearly they got under false pretences or false names like j langh*m

good job they dont employ anyone with an IQ higher than 50 as they would be much harder to beat !!

pay peanuts and you get blah blah.... as they say :)

And they wonder why there may be a [STRIKE]vendetta[/STRIKE] campaign against their total greed and contempt! Also shows how considered their appeals and their litigation dept look into the actual FACTS!

    Well done to all concerned.
  • Well done and another hat-tip to The Prankster!

If anyone knows of any other "leaky" car parks then you know who to call-
Sadly this is not an isolated case and The Prankster is aware of several other ParkingEye car parks where the ANPR cameras do not cover all potential entrances and exits. If you are aware of such an ANPR controlled car park run by any parking company, please contact the Prankster so he can add it to his files.

You should also consider reporting the operator to the British Parking Association Limited aos@britishparking.co.uk for running and ANPR controlled car park where not all entrances and exists are covered by camera.
  • It was pretty bog standard, but strangely enough it did say "as regards our recent correspondence " which seams strange as they hadn't replied to my previous two letters asking them to drop the case and asking for any agreement between them and the landowner, and a pre-estimate of loss calculations.
As all my letters were sent recorded delivery,I know they received them ,yet chose to ignore them !
    Very strange indeed !!!

I hope that complaints will me made to the BPA Ltd and DVLA.

Not that they will take much notice but to demonstrate how out of control the parking 'industry' is.
