Hi
Has anyone used Bathstore, the one with the bath with the logo. They have recently opened one in my area. I haven't yet been in, just drove past with it saying up to 40% off.
What are peoples thoughts on the prices etc.
Thanks
Jules

overpriced , but if you want a complete one stop shop ......then it's great
We bought our bathroom from them at the end of the january sales and we are in the process of fitting it just now.
was happy with service - they held it in storage for us .
i'm sure ours will look worth the extra expense when it's finished"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page."
happy travels !!

their prices are high, so the sale prices are about 'normal' for elsewhere.0

We brought a roll top bath from them in their sale, it was the same price as the one they do in screwfix and since the misses like the toilet and sink from bathstore we got the whole lot from them... turned out that the bath needs a special waste which screwfix include, but bathstore charge £125 for....0

I personally found them great. We only ordered a few bitty things, rather than a suite (new build house, so needed accessories only) but they were really good. They rang to confirm that they would be delivering the day before it was due, then rang to say it had arrived (we had it delivered to the local store, so we didn't need to take time off and be at home for the delivery man).
The price we paid for the our bits and pieces was substantially better than I could find similar products elsewhere, and let's be honest, how many of us MSErs buy a product without checking out alternative (cheaper!?) sources first ? In our case, the Bathstore were well priced, so we went with them.
When we opened one of the bathroom cabinets - glass fronted - it was broken. Both of us thought that the other had already checked it, so we didn't get to tell the Bathstore until about four days later, which was a little longer than the two days they ask you to notify them within. But, we had no problems. They ordered a replacement one straight away, which was available within 3 days, and we swapped them without any questions.
Great service from start to finish as far as we're concerned.0
