shop refusing to communicate

Hello, looking for a bit of advice, we got bifold doors and the main door has dropped so now when its used has to be picked up and dragged into place, been attempting to communicate with the company to come out and fix it since July but all we get is the guy is busy we will get him to call you back and they never ring back so after numerous phone calls were looking for what our next avenue might be.

What brand of door are they?

Ours dropped slightly so one of them was sticking. I asked the builder when he was round doing other work and he showed me how to adjust the hinges (it's a 2 minute job)
