This prize draw is open to all UK residents, aged 18 or over, except employees of Jacques Vert Group Limited (the “Company”) or other companies within the same Group, agents of the Company or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Maximum of one entry per person. The winner: The winner will be determined by the most amounts of ‘likes/votes’ on a single post. If more than one post has the same amount of votes then Jacques Vert Group reserves the right to choose the winning entry. Entrants can not vote on their own posts. This Promotion is open from 12pm on Tuesday October 1st until 12pm on Tuesday October 8th 2013. The Prize: a Mum & Me Coatwalk collection coat from Jacques Vert Group worth up to £299 Winners will be notified using the email address provided at the time of entry within two days of the draw. Winners will have 72 hours from the date that the notification was sent to claim his/her prize by sending a reply to the email address from which the notification from the Promoter was received. The coat will be posted to the winner by Friday 18th October. In the event that a winner or substitute winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the winner or substitute winner shall forfeit their prize and it will be awarded to a an alternative entrant selected in the same way. The Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
