    And?? It is still his child, he has to pay for him/her.
    It's not who earns more pays, there were 2 to tango there should be 2 to pay.

    That is why CSA exists - to make sure people don't father/mother children and then expect someone else to pay for it. Even though they can pay for it themselves.

    Once you have a child, as you know yourself, life is full of sacrifices. It is big decision and these things should have been thought of before.

    CSA don't take any outgoings into account but they do make a deduction for overnight stays as long as it's more than 52 nights a year, this is to spread the costs of caring for the child between both parents depending on who is actually providing the care.
