Can I trace that my DEO has been forwarded to my ex by CSA?

1: Do you owe arrears? These will still be collected and either passed onto the PWC or if the arrers are pre 2010 and your ex received benefits, go back into the public pot to repay the SOS.
2: Was your ex claiming CB fraudently? If so, once the CSA have the correct date any overpaid monies to you will returned.
Answer 1: According to the caseworker who stopped my DEO for me she could see no arrears on my account so I am guessing that should not be the problem. Anyway, for the sake of argument, lets have a round figure say of £200 per month with an extra £50 per month added on for the arrears making it a total of £250 per month. From what I have read over the years, when a case closes, using these figures as an example, the £200 part would stop, that being the normal monthly assessment figure, and the £50 part representing the arrears bit keeps coming out every month till those arrears are paid off. So, if you owed £600 for example, just the £50 part would come out for the following 12 months. That is how I have always understood it, but I may be wrong on that, just something in my sub-conscience telling me that!
Assuming I am not far from the truth with the above assumption, then surely if the system was clever enough to realise I may have had arrears, then surely it would have been clever enough to know to stop arrears payments at the correct time, should any arrears have existed on my account.
Answer 2: The whole point to all this is the fact that my ex stopped, or the Child Benefit people stopped the actual Child Benefit back in Sept 2011, don't ask me why, no idea right now, so my ex was certainly not claiming Child Benefit when she should not have been that is for sure. The odd thing is, the Child Benefit stopped, but I have carried on having money taken from me for 2 years after this Child Benefit stopped? This tells me 2 things off the top of my head:
1, My ex did not tell CSA that Child Benefit had stopped either fraudulently, (I do not think this is the case at the moment), or because she still believed she was entitled to it (more likely I think but I do not know what instructions are given to PWC's once Child Benefit ends, is it perfectly clear that CSA should be notified???? )
2, Maybe my ex has not been receiving the money at all, and the CSA has continued to take my money for 2 years when it should not have been, that is why I am asking how I can get proof where my payments have gone?
I was only reading a case where this actually happened on another forum a few days ago so I know it happens!
If you read my very first post that explains my situation.

Regarding your payments to PWC, every 6 months you should have received a statement showing how much you have paid and whether/if to Sec of State or PWC. The NRP and I received 2 each per year.
Hi there JJWSJS8700,
As you may have already guessed I do not know what you are talking about, my liability has now finished after around 18 years and in all that time I have received not one statement ever, NOT ONE!
In fact, before I received my letter telling me I am no longer liable to pay Child Maintenance recently, the last letter I had was one telling me words to the effect of that in 2003 a new scheme for CSA payments will be coming in and over time I would be phased into the new scheme!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, ok, you are getting good at this, you have guessed correct again, its now 10+ years on and no , I never did get phased onto the new system, surprise surgodamnprise!, another lie!
Many thanks for your support by the way, its ok, Im having great fun on here, I have had 18 years of being ripped off so I think I am more than entitled to ask a few valid questions, and also point out what a horrible, damaging organisation the CSA is.
Its great that people with CSA connections come on here to answer questions, I would not want to do their job in a million years, they are just following orders (where have I heard that before?, ha ha , sorry, couldn't resist that) so I try to be polite and hopefully get some answers and perhaps let off a bit of steam at the same time, hopefully having a chuckle along the way too!

I asked the question did you not think to phone in sooner as in your original post you did not state that you didnt know the liability had ended, I was under the impression you did, hence the comment.
The reason i mentioned about the payments being on our systems was again, you asked if you could obtain evidence, yes you can. Phone in and say this to the caseworker
"Id like you to now tell me how much, and when, each of the last 24 payments have been paid to my ex partner"
They will simply go to case summary screen and be able to list out to you the day the csa got the money from your employer, the amount, and the exact date we forwarded the money to your ex's account.

The bog-standard system closure letter says the qualifying child doesn't live with the PWC any more, if I remember correctly. It certainly used to a couple of years ago, HoneyNutLoop can probably confirm this...bearing that in mind I'd take it with a pinch of salt as to whether or not your child no longer lived with their mam.
Why oh why oh why cant this letter just only say something like, "Child Benefit ended" on such and such a date and leave it at that?
I don't want a fight (tired now, ha ha) but what an idiotic letter to send out, especially to someone like myself who has paid for a lot longer than necessary don't you think?
I dont want to sound dramatic but that kind of letter will instantly make the NRP receiving it feel like they have been taken for a ride, and cause confrontation with the PWC without a question of doubt in some cases I would think, if its not factual it should not be wrote!
Anyway, thanks for your reply Prelude.

Also if that is the case and I have to wait even longer, will that signing off by a higher level be just a formality or will they do their own digging and then possibly overturn the caseworkers decision, this could go on forever!0
