But you didn't indicate you were merely "passing on" information. You stated it as fact. Hopefully you'll stay long enough around this website and forums to realise that the employees of a large company don't necessarily know what they're talking about. I've been blatantly ignored when telling companies what I think the problem is and why and they give me some incredible illogical reason and when I'm eventually proved right (even though I'm not the supposed "expert" in the matter, there's no apology or acknowledgement they were wrong in the first place. Just don't take anything any company (essentially a group of humans with flaws, make mistakes and downright lie like anyone else) says on face value."She is quite the oddball.
