3. The opening date of the Promotion is 27th September 2013 (the “Opening Date”) and the Closing Date for receipt of entries is 11:59pm on 25th October 2013 (“the Closing Date”).
4. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only aged 18 years or over.
6. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
9. Only one entry permitted per person.
10. When entering the Prize Draw entrants may opt in to receiving marketing material from the Promoter. If the entrant opts in to receiving such material, the entrant consents to their registration details being added to the Promoter’s mailing list and they may receive newsletters from the Promoter via email. Entrants can leave the mailing list at any time by following the simple ‘unsubscribe’ instructions included on the newsletter.
12. The first 10 entries drawn at random from those entries eligible for entry to the draw will win the Prize (“the Winners”).
13. The prize consists of 10 Family Passes to The Dungeons which can be used at any Dungeons in the UK (“the Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, unless agreed in writing by the Promoter and no cash alternative is available.
