Sneaky Tactics

I have recently moved from npower to British Gas (big mistake!) and they have been very swift moving the gas over (I wonder why) but the electricity has mysteriously gone awry and will be delayed.

This delay will coincide to mean I move over after the gas price increases spoken of in the press and will most probably mean that I cannot switch both fuels before all the Big Six increase all their prices!!!

I wonder if this has been experienced by anyone else???

If the gas has been switched then the gas has been switched - your new dual fuel contract will have different starting dates for each fuel. This is normal (although it is usually the gas that takes longer in my experience).
