Hi,
I have a bit of a dilema and need some advice.
Several months ago me and a colleague i work with started to heavily flirt mainly by email.
Just recently though she appears to of gone of the boil abit.
Im not sure whether its because I have come on heavy. She isnt being nasty or off with me just not taking to my advances when i email her and changes the subject or takes a while to respond.
Im thinking of not emailing her for a while to see if this makes her want to email me.
Any advice would be good?

Have you tried the novel approach of speaking to her?0

You are setting yourself up for a sexual harassment complaint here if this is a real dilemma and not a thread creating for a bit of amusement. Back off and don't flirt with her again as she obviously doesn't reciprocate your feelings0

I suspect you're trollin', but if not, she's decided she's not interested so leave her alone.0

I think you need to take the hint..................

Also, if you're using company email, watch out that they've not decided to monitor email traffic. This happened at a place I used to work - they presented someone with sheets and sheets of emails, plus the times and dates they'd been sent and attempted to calculate the amount of work time which had been used to compose them.0

She probably worked out which colleague you were and thought better of it.Hi,

She may have got herself a boyfriend now, so doesn't want nor feel appropriate to flirt with anyone else now.0

She sounds frigid, hit on one of her mates who seems a bit more up for it.
Good luck.0 -
I can't believe this is a serious thread.
If it is then:
1) she may have met someone/been just treating it as light hearted flirting.
2) she may have realised that her job security is more important.
Be very careful where you go with this. Ideally you need a heart to heart to find out whether there is actually anything to this at all. Like others have said, don't let it affect your work and be very, very careful what you send via work email as this could seriously come back to bite you.
