Is it possible to fit underlay under existing carpet without underlay?
I'm looking to fit 11mm Cloud9, and new gripper rods to several rooms and stairs but am worried that the carpet may be short. I am trying not to replace the carpet as it is reasonably new.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks!
