    I only started the Boots 75% craze this year, I knew they did it but this year was the first time I actively took part in it. I didn't know that they changed it because of the weather, makes sense I guess!


    In terms of the 75% off sale I will have a look at what I get for xmas, I got loads of toiletries for xmas and indeed I bought myself extra in the sales after. Ive managed to get through about 80% of it, not bad going I guess. I went into Boots 75% off with an idea of what I wanted and got just that, I will be doing the same this time round I shall be doing the same!

    If there is something you really want, it's worth considering buying it in the 50% sale that starts on Christmas day. The 75% online is totally unreliable (site jams/ crashes/ doesn't load etc) and there's no guarantee that it wd be in store by the 75%.

    also remember that once the sale starts, theres no 342 anymore, so if you buy at 50% off its more like a third off because its not 342 as well.

    Whilst everything was present, the body wash cap had come loose in one of my sets, and had leaked slightly. Fortunately, I think I caught it in time and it hasn't lost too much product or made a huge mess, but it could have gone so wrong.
    Also the products are just rattling around loose in the cardboard box inside, thrown in any old how, so I have now wrapped mine individually in some tissue paper and it looks more like a present.

    Somebody mentioned on here their body wash was missing so my boyfriend checked mine and TWO items were missing - the mascara and the lip gloss!

    I've rang boots and they are organising a replacement - don't know if this means a replacement set or just the items. So yes, please check your bags!

    Hi - I've rang Boots twice and I ordered it online for delivery so have had no dealings with a store. The first time they told me a replacement would be sent but I rang back to check when to expect it and they instead said they would put the equivalent advantage points on to my card. He said it would go on immediately (or within an hour) but they're still not showing up...

    Boyfriend will be calling them up tomorrow if the points still aren't showing.

    Ridiculous - so gutted as this is a Christmas present and it sort of ruins the magic having to check it for missing items and then faff around trying to sort said missing items out!!!

    If I was you I would just take it in to store and ask them to add the items that were missing from the box for you and tell them you have already spoken to head office twice. It's not acceptable to have paid for something and not gotten what you paid for.
    If you came in to my store I would just give you the items that your box had missing.

    Thanks - have been on the S&G Facebook and they have been telling people to email S&G customer services so I will try that route and if no luck will take the bag down to our local Boots at the end of the week and ask for their help.

    Quite amusing watch the OH rant and rave about this though...

    Sorry this is slightly off topic, I ordered an OOTW which I want to return, but I have no idea where my Boots card is (I got points on it online). Will they accept a return in store without it? I wanted to return it in person to make sure I get it refunded from my visa before I have it pay it, and I am worried if I post it it'll take forever to get there with the Christmas post and be refunded.
